InnLyte (Inner + Light) is an Irish social enterprise and documentary production house dedicated to the professional growth of the Creative Wellbeing sector. In an age of digital overstimulation, we document the intersection of creative practice and wellbeing. We envision a world where creativity is recognised not as a talent for the few, but as an essential health practice for many. We are working toward a future where engaging our hands to process our emotions is as fundamental to health and wellbeing as moving our bodies. — The Mission in Action — Following the completion of Archive I: The InnLyte Studio Series (10 unscripted short documentaries)—we are now open to collaborating with researchers, creatives, and global organisations to maximise social impact and map the future of Creative Wellbeing. Our primary focus remains producing cinematic archives that shine a light on diverse lived experiences and identity shifts. — Project Submissions — InnLyte is currently selecting subjects for the next cycle of documentary shorts and features. We prioritise process-led journeys that demonstrate creativity as a fundamental health practice. Moving forward, these cinematic archives will be presented for broadcast procurement and international film festival circuits; alternatively, select documentaries will premiere directly on InnLyte’s YouTube channel @innlyte — Sustainability & Advocacy — Dominika Stoppa facilitates guest lectures and public speaking engagements on the science of Creative Wellbeing, reinvesting these insights into the studio’s ongoing documentary archives. InnLyte is currently expanding its impact through strategic partnerships and private equity to scale Creative Wellbeing globally. Dominika (Dee) Stoppa @deestoppa is a documentary filmmaker and the founder of @innlyte . As the director and producer of the InnLyte Studio Series (2025-2026), she led a ten-part documentary project capturing the resilience of professional artists in Ireland. The series offers an unfiltered audit of how creativity serves as a practical tool for navigating life’s primary challenges, including motherhood, menopause, neurodivergence, grief, and shifting identities. ——— Born in Poland (1989) into a multigenerational tradition of craft and visual arts, Dominika’s practice is rooted in six years of formal training in sculpture, painting, and film photography. With heritage tracing back to the artisanal lineages of Milan, Italy, her work balances a legacy of classical aesthetics with a discipline developed during four years of intensive study in National Security. After relocating to Ireland in 2012 and spending three years in the corporate sector, Dominika pivoted to the intersection of arts and mental health. Leveraging over a decade of field experience, she transitioned from a foundational practice as a professional artist to building @innlyte as a scalable digital platform and production studio. Her evolution from artist to social entrepreneur is supported by academic and business foundations: • Education: Postgraduate studies in Workplace Wellness (Distinction, Trinity Business School, 2025) and Arts & Health (Pilot, NCAD, 2024). • Strategy: Selected for Enterprise Ireland’s New Frontiers (Phase 1, 2025) and ACORNS 11 (2025–2026), supporting high-potential female entrepreneurs in rural Ireland. • Industry: Dominika is a recognised Professional Member of the @docassociationeu , Women in Film and Television Ireland @wiftinternational and @visualartistsireland . Her work as a founder and creative has earned multiple awards. ——— Dominika Stoppa facilitates guest lectures and corporate briefings on the science of Creative Wellbeing, reinvesting these insights into the studio’s ongoing documentary archives. We are thrilled to announce the inaugural Creative Wellbeing Awards, coming to @butlerhousekk , Kilkenny, on February 11th, 2027. This is not a popularity contest. We are moving away from public voting in favour of a rigorous, independent review by a panel of experts. This ensures that an @innlyte Award is a mark of quality that healthcare providers and corporate partners can truly trust. This launch is the result of a decade of grassroots work, the @ncad_dublin Arts + Health pilot, and the incredible support of @ei_newfrontiers programme, ACORNS 11, and @leokilkenny . InnLyte is a social enterprise founded by @deestoppa , dedicated to professionalising this sector and launching the InnLyte Registry: a digital home for creative wellbeing experiences, retreats and professionals. Please share and tag in the comments ♥️ Official nominations open in September 2026. Creativity & Herbalism ✨ In this insightful episode of the @innlyte Studio Series, we step into the tranquil world of Barbara McAteer, the inspirational founder of @josiesbotanicals , a 100% pure and natural skincare brand. Barbara shares her lifelong journey with natural health and creativity, rooted in her large family heritage: “Growing up in a family of 11 children, my mother Josie had a cure for whatever ailed you; she soothed allergies, breakouts, scars and burns with natural remedies passed down through generations of wise and knowledgeable women.” This passion grew through her formative years in San Francisco, through her teaching of holistic therapies, and ultimately inspired her return to Ireland to launch her brand. Barbara reveals how blending her products is her mindful practice and happy place, proving that creation is a vital tool for finding balance and staying present. In this episode, we explore: • Heritage as Inspiration: How family wisdom and the healing power of plants became the foundation for a successful business, a “dream realised.” • The Mindful Act of Creation: Why formulating natural skincare products serves as Barbara’s core creative and stress-reducing practice. • A Holistic Life: The balance between being a founder, a holistic therapist for private clients, and a teacher in the community. • Sharing the Magic: Facilitating workshops for young people with special needs, blending essential oils, and connecting them to nature. 📽️ The full episode is now available on YouTube link in bio: @innlyte Directed by Dominika Stoppa @deestoppa #creativewellbeing #creativity #creativitymatters #artforwellbeing #wellbeing
