Jalan-Jalan Paper Issue 01  We printed our own newspaper 📰 Jalan-Jalan Paper is about gathering our exploration of different local places, events and cultures, presented in a tabloid format. Even though not many people read newspaper these days, having a personalised tabloid still feels like a casual, classic, and familiar way of recording where we’ve been and what we’ve experienced. Last month, we collaborated with @open.door.store @konstrukt_labs . A risograph print and two silkscreen tee 👕 Bringing both of our elements together. Our boss Hei Dou loves to stretch whenever she wants to relax. Since Konstrukt Labs focuses on silkscreen printing, we connected Hei Dou’s stretching with the motion of pulling a squeegee, we came up with the title: “Stretch Printing”. After sketched the artwork, we separated the colours for risograph printing. Riso printed in 4 colours: yellow, mint, fluorescent pink and blue. Hei Dou approves✨ Hang it on your wall as a little reminder to stretch once in a while. Silkscreen tee next, stay tuned! #riso #silkscreen #printing #art #design

We’re happy to share that the third issue of our Momento zine series, Momendou, will be launching this Friday and Saturday during our two-day pop-up at @temporary_giftshop ✨ This zine is a small collection of memories about us and Hei Dou, which is also where the name Momendou comes from. We adopted Hei Dou when she was just a one-month-old street kitten, and now she’s two and a half years old already 🥹 We’re not sure if her story will be healing for you, but her presence has definitely been healing for us💙 Along with the zine, we’ll also be bringing some riso postcards and original mini drawings. You’ll also have a chance to browse through the artist’s sketchbooks, and we’ll be doing Bang Bang Portrait (Momendou edition) on-site as well. Feel free to drop by and say hi.
