This song is pure energy. Itās about getting up, moving, doing ā because life is a dance...
I wrote it when I started thinking about the old daysā¦ playing Beatles and Elvis songs on acoustic guitars as teenagers, not caring about anything, just doing what we loved. That feeling of freedom. That fire.
And I asked myself: how much of that energy is still left?
I wanted to feel it again ā to bring it back to life. And somehow, it all exploded into this track š„

A special day for me. āØ
Back in my hometown Hannover, following the footsteps of Emil Berliner ā the man who invented the gramophone and basically kickstarted vinyl as we know it. And today, I found myself in the very place where it all began:
the old Grammophon factory.
Holding something in my hands that means a lot to me ā the very first test pressing of my upcoming album. After 10 yearsā¦ and for the first time ever on vinyl. š¶
We gave it a proper spin (thanks to my good friend Robi š) ā and Iām happy to say: it sounds amazing.
Thereās something surreal about hearing your music like this, in a place with so much history behind it.
