Yes, that was me on the BBC's primetime Michael McIntyre's Big Show! @MMBigShow ! #comedysketch I made the final cut from a huge number of actors filmed on that day for a comedy spoof on the #AntiquesRoadShow. Under the strictest NDA, I've not been able to tell a soul FOR MONTHS. I'm over the bloody moon🥰🤸🏿‍♀️🐎🤣 It's the funniest #comedy #spoof ever! What a big fat liar I am🤣😀🤣 It was SUCH fun. #BBC1 #BBCiplayer . . Most people move through life inside an internal mirror - constantly checking themselves, adjusting, performing, managing how they’re perceived. I never learned that reflex. I don’t see hierarchy first. I see people — not the surface, the essence - because I live within the essence of myself. It’s why I became an actor in my 50s with no drama school. It’s why I built businesses called “ahead of their time.” It’s why I walk into high‑stakes rooms with the same grounded ease I had at my mother’s kitchen table. When you’re not referencing yourself through other people’s eyes, you move differently. You decide differently. You create differently. You lead differently. My work is rooted in a Scandi‑inspired, flat‑hierarchy way of seeing - a perceptual shift that removes ego friction, status noise, and the Ego Tax that drains leaders and teams of their natural intelligence. This is The Off‑Grid Mindset, innovation and joy from a flat horizon. This is Wild Peace - presence without performance. This is the work. Explore The Off‑Grid Mindset. I’ve noticed something funny about this world: most people treat joy like it’s a rare visitor that needs an invitation, a reason, or a five‑step plan. Meanwhile, for me, joy is something you cultivate from within, and I’m fully aware that puts me slightly at odds with the rest of the world. Joy has always been a natural frequency for me, not something I chase through a partner, friendship, job or situation. Not something I wait for either, just something that quietly bubbles from the inside. A gentle hum that doesn’t need permission to exist. I know that’s not how most people operate. And that’s okay. I’m not here to convert anyone. I’m just here… observing, smiling. Nevertheless, if you’ve ever felt that too, like you’re watching the rules but not entirely convinced by them, you might not be lost. You might just be seeing clearly. I love you💋 Ingrid The Wild-Peace Outlier #alternativeliving #OffGridMindset #InnerJoy #returntoyourself #seeclearly .

There are two scripts we inherit. The one society hands us, based on age, gender, race, expectation. Tight. Predictable. Full of rules that were never ours. And then there’s the script of the soul, the one that doesn’t ask you to shrink, perform, or earn your place. One tightens. The other frees. One creates heart palpitations. The other creates music. One gives you flashes of happiness. The other gives you an underlying joy that doesn’t disappear when the world gets loud. Whichever script you’re running, beautiful, be gentle with yourself. Just know this: there is always another way home. — Ingrid Wild-Peace A soul‑led life, and the power that rises from that difference. . . . . #WildPeaceOutlier #soulledlife #AuthenticityJourney #innerpeacejourney #creativepresence

People compare their behind-the-scenes to someone else’s final edit. But what you don’t see… Two full days on set. Our remarkable make-up artist, tending to every detail, not a single strand out of place, not a moment where the standard slipped. An amazing photographer behind the lens, working with a complex rig, built not just with equipment, but with years of craft, instinct, and vision. A camera crew shaping light, finding the angles, holding the frame until it becomes something worth seeing. All of that… for what eventually becomes a polished, seamless, shining edit. And that’s all the world sees. This isn’t just a film. This is life. On social media, in the world, we are surrounded by final edits. Carefully composed, beautifully lit, and completely incomplete. And still, you compare. You measure yourself against something not seen in full, and quietly, deeply, You begin to feel less. That quiet comparison turns into heaviness. That heaviness spreads. Because pain, when unseen, rarely stays contained. So pause, my lovely, when you feel that familiar pull. Notice it. Don’t follow it. Because the moment you stop seeking outward for confirmation, something shifts. You return. Back to what is real. Back to what is yours. Back to the part of you That was never meant to fit, only to stand. And that is where your power lives. . . . The mountains we climb and overcome. Two days on set. A script full of jargon. Lines stacked like a small mountain in front of me. For a moment, my stomach churned -- that old flicker of panic. But instead of letting it take me, I breathed. I treated it as an invitation. An invitation to stay present. To trust myself. To remember that even inside someone else’s words, I am still allowed to be me. The crew was warm. The day was light. And I moved through it the only way I know how, not performing a version of myself, not bending into a type, but arriving as I am. Because difference has its own rhythm. Its own intelligence. Its own quiet power. Being an outlier isn’t about standing out. It’s about standing true. Stay present. Stand different. I love you. Happy 25th Birthday, Papa (Max-Oliver), Today marks a beautiful milestone, 25 years of your life, your journey, and the man you have become. When you were born, my wish was simple: that you would grow into the fullness of who you were meant to be. What I did not yet understand was how strong we would have to be, or how fierce the storms along the way would feel. There were moments when the weight of the opposing energy nearly brought me to my knees. But like the Statue of Liberty 🗽 lifting her torch above the water, I held you high, above every wave, every struggle, every doubt, even when my own head felt beneath the tide. And today, when I look at you, I see that every sacrifice, every tear, every ounce of strength was worth it. You have made it all meaningful. You earned your Degree in Economics and Politics, and at just 22, you obtained your Master's in Law, which has led to your current role, where you are highly regarded. I am so proud of you. I love you deeply. Thank you for standing tall and for never losing your way. You also carry forward the remarkable strength of your late grandmother, Ruby Marsh, who came to this country through the Windrush migration as a young woman, believing in a better future for her children and grandchildren. Her courage lives on in you. I know she would be proud. With all my love, Mama❤️🙏🏾🦋 . . . . #Windrush #blackboysmatter #momsandsons #proundmama #blackbritish

For me, today is not a celebration in the loud sense. It’s more a moment of remembering. Remembering that rights were never simply handed to women. They were spoken for. Walked for. Sometimes risked for. And remembering that justice still asks something of us now. Not always protest. Not always noise. Sometimes justice begins quietly. In a woman telling the truth about her life. In a girl refusing the box that was prepared for her. In choosing breath over fear. Voice over silence. Self-respect over acceptance. Rights. Justice. Action. These are not only words for parliaments and policies. They live in the everyday courage of women who refuse to shrink. In mothers who raise daughters to trust their instincts. In women who protect their peace in a world that often asks them to perform instead. For every woman still finding her voice, and every girl growing into her own wild wisdom, May you know this: You were never meant to fit quietly into someone else’s idea of who you should be. You were meant to stand in your own breath, your own truth, your own life. And that, in itself, is a powerful form of action. I’m just an off-grid soul in an urban landscape. 🏙️🌲 Like the pioneers in the wild, I don't try to pave roads into other people’s expectations. I’m not here to be 'understood' or to fit the script. I’m here to tend to my own fire, speak my own language, and protect this inner peace at all costs. To the other wild hearts navigating the noise, you don't have to turn down your light to make others comfortable. You just have to build a stronger fence around your spirit. Welcome to the wild side🌿 . What if nothing is missing - just occupied? Around my mother’s kitchen table every Saturday, I was surrounded by aunts and uncles - blood and chosen - all different, one pulse. Together, they made a whole. They taught me, without words, that you could be fully yourself and still belong. That stayed with me. In my 50s, an acting agent gently suggested I try acting. So I stepped onto a film set with nothing but presence. No training. No plan. No chasing. What happened next wasn’t something I forced. It was something that moved through me. Within five years: – roles began to find me – scenes alongside Colin Salmon – work with Seann Walsh – appearances on the BBC And I realised something: The “performing self” had never fully taken hold. So when I arrived, I arrived whole - warm, open, undivided. From that place, creativity didn’t need effort. It flowed. This is the work I now share. LIGHTER: Diffuse the Noise A way of reducing the hidden load of self-monitoring — so what’s already there can emerge. Not to become more. Not even to become an actor. Just to stop editing yourself out of your own life. Because when the mind-made self softens, life stops being something we perform… …and becomes something we actually live. If this resonates, I’d love to hear: When do you feel most like yourself?
