Sooooo I went out last night to check out @dr.j.music and she was absolutely incredible behind the decks; unfortunately the only two pictures of the night were slides 1 and 2; #biblioteque #toronto has a great policy of no cameras inside the club because management wants you to be #inthemoment when you’re in there. So they tape over the camera on your phone. Hence slide 2 is a shot from the selfie cam on my phone shhh 🤫 lol. That aside, talk about curating a vibe; Dr. J did that and the crowd was going wild! I was also left #shazamingeverysong well maybe almost every song 😆. Oh and I got 1/3 guests whom I’ve never met in real life/seen one of their shows off my New Year’s resolution lists ✌🏻. SO! It’s #newyearsresolution time! I’ve been inspired by @cherielovestea since she fulfilled her resolution of going out dancing at least 5 times in 2025! And she did it with three weeks to spare! So the list you see above are the DJs/Producers/Artists that I either have never met in person or have not seen perform or both lol! My goal is to at least meet/watch THREE of them perform in 2026! I chose three because there are about four on my list that are quite doable; the rest live out of country and unfortunately there are no plans to go out their way in 2026 to see them with the very slim possibility of the #UK ! It was an absolute blast hanging @djdctoronto ‘s #karaokenight🎤 @wildwingbarandgrill right beside @wheatsheaftavern in #Toronto last night with @mygirltuesdaydjs@cherielovestea ! We belted out some classic tunes and danced! The #genz kids followed suit and kept up with us #genxers and sang #queen and @eltonjohn ; was a fun night! Check out @djdctoronto@thevaticangiftshop on Wednesday nights and The Wild Wing at King and Bathurst on Fridays starting at 9pm! I plan on seeing my other guests on @influences_podcast over the last two seasons performing LIVE at least once! Some of them I met at their shows but there are plenty I still have to see so I was glad to finally make it out to one of DC’s gigs 🎤! @dr.j.music you’re next in January ✌🏻😁
