Submersion, to me, is a practice that allows the music not just to flow around the body but through it. Itโs noticing every detail in the room โ the acoustics, the footsteps, the breathing, the whispers. Every sound is part of the experience. No two sessions are ever the same.

I hope people feel calmer and more rejuvenated, as if their soul is being gently cleansed. I believe soundwaves carry energy, and our bodies respond to them. Some sounds make us feel calm, others anxious - and knowing this, I try to create specific emotions with every session.

It makes me more present. I notice everyoneโs breath, their movements, the sweat, the deep focus โ every little detail. I canโt really plan two steps ahead; I just respond to the moment. In that way, everyone in the room becomes my muse, and Iโm painting a picture through sound.

Usually, I listen to Sigur Rรณs on my commute and think about how to translate that state of mind into a one-hour Submersion journey through sound.

iโve outgrown myself this year in so many ways, over and over again. it was not the best year but there were lots of lessons iโve learnt. i donโt have any new yearsโ resolution because iโve been working toward the changes everyday this year and will do so everyday next year too. it will be an exciting year for music and i cannot wait to share them with you, all in due time๐ฉต see you never 2025.
