This year for Vivid, we’re doing something we’ve never done before.
Introducing PERSPECTIVE - a one-of-a-kind dining experience created by Mark Best - two nights only, high above the city at the top of Sydney Tower. A 90-minute, multi-sensory journey where, as the restaurant slowly rotates, an immersive story unfolds across three distinct landscapes - each brought to life through food, custom scent, original soundscape and light. Each world is also framed through a series of original portraits photographed by Mark Best himself, capturing the producers, their time and place as a collectible visual artwork.
The experience is led alongside Head Chef Jen Kwok Lee and Sommelier Polly Mackarel. Custom fragrances have been created by Sydney perfumer Craig Andrade of @the_rac_on_teur , with original soundscapes by Blue Mountains artist Gail Priest.
