as of today, we are launching our copenhagen-based record label: tactual.
tactual for us, is a project centred around what we experience as a tangible and soulful passion for dance music culture. both of our lives have been, and continue to be shaped by dance music, and it is with humility and respect, that we now seek to add our own vision to the scene.
our intention for this project is to take what we love and admire, and to accentuate and intensify it, in the hopes of discovering new directions, new pathways, new lines of flight. working within a close network of collaborators, tactual will be a project exploring sound, community, space and aesthetics; grounded in every-day life.

CPH Don @inesse_______ wanders into the worlds of the lasting: „ the object that i chose is a statue that my great grandma bought for my mum many years ago,
when my mum and dad first moved in together. my mum and dad named the statue ‘Jaheira’
after the character in Baldurs Gate, which they used to play together. Jaheira has been this kind
of permanent object in my life, always somewhere in the garden wherever we lived when i was
growing up
much of my thinking regarding dance music recently, in part due to conversations with my good
friend chris (LFL), revolves around this idea of timelessness or permanence - these pieces of
music which accompany you for many years, that really stand the test of time. this fairly linear
dancefloor-oriented mix serves as a condensation of some music that i consider to be timeless,
while also reflecting the sound that i want to push through my productions, djing and through our
label ‘tactual’“

tactual returns to Jolene on friday 20th feb with the second party in our tactual.club series. this time we’re joined by uk-based Allecto (@allecto_lns ), founder of the Late Night Shopper event series and label and long-time resident on Rinse FM. also in tow are nervous dj (@lethmaelk ) and mx elbo (@ras.boel ) who are set to warm up the floor with a soulful and personal collection of house and techno, and tactual cofounders inesse (@inesse_______ ) & LFL (@lustforlustfor ).
