One last week of HIIT before I take time off for surgery ❤️
Before I temporarily swap out dumbbells for ice packs and planks for physical therapy, I just want to say how grateful I am for all of you.
These classes have been about so much more than workouts. You’ve shown up through busy schedules, stressful days, low energy, sore muscles, and workouts that made you reconsider being friends with me. 😅 We’ve laughed together, sweated together & survived questionable exercise combinations together.
But that’s what makes this community special. You show up anyway.
So this week, let’s celebrate that resilience.
Move strong. Laugh loud. Sweat buckets.
And if necessary, dramatically stare at the clock while pretending not to notice me adding “just one more round.” 😂
Thank you for bringing your energy, your trust, your humor, and your hard work to every class. I’m going to miss this more than you know.
Now let’s make this week unforgettable!
