Brand and social strategy consultant @laurenspearman was looking to craft her very own visual identity. But working on your own personal brand is never easy and sometimes a little distance, a fresh perspective and new ideas can be essential in elevating your brand. We were incredibly grateful that Lauren’s colleague @danielammarchesi recommended she draft us in. Working on a brand like Lauren’s is new territory for our studio, but her message, attitude and proposal was just too exciting to resist. We grabbed the opportunity... Working with Lauren has been a wonderful collaborative process! Considering her experience, we shouldn’t have been surprised at how well prepared she came to the project. Her curated collection of taste points helped us hit the ground running, narrow our focus and inspire the work. A unique aspect of the process for us was Lauren’s openness about the branding process with her large social media community. We were absolutely terrified of this at first (“They’re just rough work-in-progress ideas. They do know that right?!” 😰) but, as we saw the positive feedback coming in, we calmed down and learned to appreciate how wonderful that kind of engagement can be if you come at it in a playful and collaborative way. So here’s a little showcase to demo the elements we designed for Lauren’s branding kit, which includes: Logo Logostamps Colourway Typography Animations Presentation / Deck Layouts and more! The end result is something undeniably warm, refined and uplifting - just like Lauren. Looking forward to collaborating with her again soon. Oskar Bård brings beloved childhood icon Peppa Pig into the real world through a blend of subtle style and playful performance. By expertly mixing live-action and animation, the spot inspires children to speak their minds. This campaign marked a unique pitch for In Development Studios, building on our long-standing relationship with Oskar and HOBBY. While the brief presented its own set of challenges, producing a fully animated treatment allowed us to push our creative boundaries and test new skills. We are grateful to Hobby for the opportunity and thrilled with the final result. Fast, fun and full of spirit — Roman Quirot’s campaign puts Fairfield by Marriott at the top of their game 🏅 Our treatment used vibrant colour and dynamic moving references to convey the premium guest experience with the snappy athletic enthusiasm that makes the chain a winner with athletes. Helmed by Armand De Saint-Salvy, this campaign for Standard Chartered championed the joy of financial security through their wealth management services. Early in development, we were asked to research creative transitional techniques and present a treatment that would capture the attention of the brand’s global and aspirational client base. Produced as part of Toyota’s new innovation campaign, this film from Beatrice Pegard Ferry takes car charging anxiety from 100 to 0. Using pure (untested) science, vibrant set design and some professional comedic timing from Randall Park, we see how Toyota’s technology leaves its drivers glowing - literally. It was a lot of fun exploring this idea with Beatrice and amazing to see the vision she laid out in the treatment brought to life so exactingly! Celebrating its 150th anniversary, Zurich celebrates the emotional support that insurance offers to young people and families alike. Under the direction of Djawid Hakimyar, this series of three films pay special homage to uniquely precious moments in life that no one wants to miss. Helping to craft this subtly comedic and unexpectedly wholesome treatment was a cheerful exercise that strayed away from the typical formula for insurance commercials. A sweet project that combined Djawid’s comedic flair with a more naturalistic visual identity and, judging by the finished product, it nailed the human sentimentality of Zurich. It’s not often that we get celebrate the demise of something small and furry, but that’s exactly what we’re compelled to do in the trio campaign for Hinge. Putting the dating app’s beloved mascot at centre stage, Marie Schuller captures the raw emotion of authentic people in real relationships, viewed through the lens of Hingie’s dying flashbacks. Mixing slice-of-life moments through photography and romantically candid moving references, this was a refreshingly relatable and equally joyful treatment to work on.
