@kupuplace nasturtium pesto, dragon’s breath, shiro ponzu, & bubu arare / sparkling grapefruit mocktail
• Kinmedai with Siberian caviar, Waialua asparagus, Molokai sweet potato, saffron miso butter / saffron martini
• Jasmine tea smoked duck with ikurazuke,
@hofarmshawaii ginger braised purple daikon, kale furikake, and foie gras almond froth / jasmine tea mojito
• Slow cooked wagyu strip loin with bone marrow brûlée, local spring ragout, triple fried truffled Yukon mash & smoked shoyu cognac essence / A5 Old Fashioned
• Chocolate banana entrants with caramelized apples, finger lime, espresso sauce / Pineau des Charentes Such a beautiful and decadent dinner!
