"Impuls" comes from a group of electronic-focused genres and subcultural elements such as experimental, noise, codex, expression and subversive aesthetics even within a wide variety of "new musical resources." Movement represents that something can be different; a cultural expression of mass discontent about nowadays' systemical glitches or any "Impuls" coming from ourselves.
