on June 4th IMPORT and the brand new DYKESTEP are combining forces to kick off pride month with a FLINTA focused bass heavy affair 👩❤️💋👩
Scottish export YONIC (she/her) is re-importing from the Netherlands for the weekend. YONIC is a DJ, budding producer, nightlife curator and a founding member of the collective ‘The Queer Agenda’ and has now created her new project - DYKESTEP. Her sets are a dynamic fusion of deep grooves, heavy rhythms, and unexpected twists that keep the dancefloor moving.
On support we have the brilliant SOFSOF (they/them). They are a Siberian-born, Glasgow-based DJ, co-founder of @fuse_glasgow - a dubstep and bass-focused night running for over a decade! Extreme genre bender their sets explore many facets of club music with a focus on bass genres and faster paced sounds from around the world. Buckfast Barbie will be on opening duties setting the mood for these two powerhouses.

an artist that honestly needs very little introduction - Tekhole has been smashing it across the UK and Europe for the past few years. Tekhole is a Southern African multi-genre DJ based between Glasgow & Berlin. 🇿🇦🇩🇪🏴 Their genre-fluid sound is shaped by the heavy basslines of Gqom and untamed tribal percussion, while being firmly rooted in breaks and bass. 🛢️🥁🪇
Master of all trades there is not a room that Tekhole cannot get moving - their music knowledge and library being equally massive assets as their infectiously joyful personality. Tekhole is thee DJ that you want to dance with. Joined by Buckfast Barbie for what is sure to be a genre fluid and exciting club b2b you can expect big basslines and even bigger grins from these two. ♥️♦️♠️♣️

Pioneering UK producer from Bristol, and key architect of the “purple sound” - a fusion of grime, dubstep, and funk-soaked synths that helped shape an entire wave of electronic music in the late 2000s. Joker reshaped dubstep with his signature blend of heavy sub-bass & glossy synth leads. His deep-coloured, melodic approach stood in bold contrast to the darker minimalism of early dubstep, earning him a cult status within the UK bass scene.
With releases on Hyperdub, 4AD, his own Kapsize Recordings and a Skrillex collaboration - Joker has an extremely strong foundation of his own work to guide the sound of any set he plays. Expect colour, building pressure, and of course heavy bass in what is sure to be a masterclass in honing one’s sound.

INTRODUCING NOGE 🇫🇷🔊👑🇫🇷
Just over one year ago NOGE (short for Non Generic) dropped a project called multi bass - as an artist, there is no better way to describe him. Multi bass producer and DJ - NOGE’s sound is simultaneously characterized by experimental and club focused elements, he truly excels at making bass music - making his sets fun, eclectic, genre bending and full of wheel up material.
A key figure in the Pata Negra collective, of which he is co-founder, resident DJ and producer, NOGE is fully involved in the Marseille ecosystem. Having played for @keephush_ last year for the Pata Negra takeover we’ve selected a few of our favorite clips to get yous ready for April 2nd (coincidentally these include some of our favorite NOGE ID’s as well!) 🦕🪼🖲️

For our next event in Sneaky Pete’s we are so thrilled to bring the French Prince of Bass @nogemusic to Edinburgh for his Scottish debut!! 🇫🇷👑🏴👑🇫🇷
Joining us from Marseille NOGE (short for Not Generic) is a producer, composer and DJ, and an emerging figure on the French club scene. Specialising in bass music and global club sounds he has developed an approach characterised by corrosive basslines and deconstructed structures. Co-founder, resident DJ and producer with the Pata Negra collective, he’s recently been featured on renowned platforms like Rinse France and Keep Hush.
On support we have Tekhole and Buckfast Barbie going b2b for a set filled with high energy, massive bass and huge smiles. Big time fans of each other - the two are buzzing to work together to make sure than dance floor is shaking from doors. 💖🔊🌟🌨️
