This May, @derbydracula presents a series of events for âDerby Dracula Dayâ (Friday 15th May) with partners @derbymuseums and @derbylive with guest of honour, author and historian @dacrestokerauthor
Including the launch of The Derby Dracula Audio Tour, the return of âPoetry Doesnât Suck: The Vampire Slamâ and âDracula: A Recitation For Two Voicesâ a new adaption of Bram Stokerâs classic text performed by just two actors.

Raise Your Flag! Meet The Maker
Haydn Rhys Cawley is a Nottingham based costume maker and designer whose work has been featured on RuPaulâs Drag Race UK, as well as on theatre stages in the midlands, across the UK and internationally. He trained at Nottingham Trent University and now works as a freelancer.
Haydn is also a drag king known for his handmade looks. Winner of Ladywoodâs Legends in Birmingham and runner up of the Nottingham Drag Pageant 2024, he regularly graces the stage as Loki Lavender.
