There’s something about starting the week at the dinner table and so we’re launching Min’na Mondays as a way to help you get the week going with us! Not unlike the idea behind the meaning of Ilna, Min’na translates to ‘from us’ in Arabic - and we’re leaning fully into that idea on Monday. We’re introducing a four-course tasting for $50 per person, built the way we actually like to cook: a progression of small bites, something fresh from the market, spreads and breads, a main course, and something sweet to finish. If you’d like to settle in a little longer, there’s also an optional three-wine pairing for $25. It’s a more personal way to experience what we’re doing right now, shaped by what we find at the market, what we’re craving, and what feels right that week. For us, from us, to you! What if one of the best meals of the year wasn’t at a new opening, but a pleasant surprise of a pop-up?  Because that’s Ilna, which has set up shop at the Mission’s Bubby. There, founder Maz Naba is returning to his chef roots with a weekly Lebanese dinner, where breads are baked on site and served along all the right spreads, tabouli salad, cool cucumber soup, dried beef dumplings cloaked in yogurt and sprinkled with za’tar, and further bright, beautiful and layered dishes.  Want to see more from our sit-down? A full dinner, once a month, packed fresh and shaped by the seasons, the markets, and the memories that inspire our menu.
