Few weeks ago, I served at a pantry ran by my church in the United States and it felt very familiar because hunger does not respect borders and so does passion. From the communities I serve through @igrhdevelopment_ in Nigeria to this pantry, the faces may change but the stories are the same. I remember distributing 10 bags of rice in Ile ife during our last crusade at @tcccglobalministries because no one deserves to be hungry but Jesus said there will always be poor among us and He showed us what to do about it which is to see them, to love them, to serve them. You don't need to run an established charity to help. It is our responsibility as people of God to help the needy. Whether home or abroad, I remain committed to showing up where it matters most. Reflecting the life of Christ, helping people that they may see christ and the father be glorified. #endhunger #explore #viralreelsvideo❤️ #IGRHD #jesusbusiness

The One who writes and rewrites the most beautiful stories has called you worthy. Your identity is rooted in Him (Christ), not in painful experiences, past trauma, or the labels society may have placed on you. And today, His words still echo: “Talitha cumi.” I believe it is time to rise, to change systems and to walk boldly in purpose. This year’s theme, “Give to Gain,” reminds us that creating space for women is not a loss; it is a gain. Giving women seats in institutions, positions of authority, and in government yields returns; not only by birthing a better society, but also by strengthening the society. Happy International Women’s Day🤎🤍 #internationalwomensday #IWD #faith #advocacy

Over the years, one thing has remained consistent in our message: #SRHR awareness is not an option, it is a must for every young girl. @teenmoms_tribe was established with this purpose in mind, knowing that somewhere between survival and becoming, many teenage mothers are quietly asking for just one thing : to be seen, to be supported, to be given a fair chance at health and education. Maybe one, or two, or ten of them can rise again and take full charge of their lives, building on the support system we are providing and also ensuring they understand the core principles of decision making. These are not just pictures of teenage mothers. They are proof that young women can still choose hope in the middle of uncertainty. That with the right information, care, and support, teenage motherhood does not have to be the end of the story. This is why we continue to center health, education, and sexual and reproductive rights in our advocacy. Why SDG 3 and SDG 4 are not abstract ideas to Us, but responsibilities we carry, and a long-standing commitment to SRHR for all. #thegirlfromthesource #TalithaCumi #SDG4 #SDG3 SRHR4All

The Initiative for Girl’s Rights and Health Development (IGRHD) @igrhdevelopment_ , with the support of the Frontline End FGM Movement, held its Born Perfect Campaign meeting in Ile-Ife, Osun State, aimed at promoting the rights, dignity, and health of girls while strengthening community efforts to end Female Genital Mutilation (FGM) and other harmful practices. The campaign, which was received by community members and stakeholders, reflects strong acceptance and readiness to support collective action towards protecting the girl-child. Over the years, we have trained 567 grassroots activists across 10 cohorts and strengthened the capacity of multiple local organizations to lead ethical, effective, and community-centered advocacy against FGM and SGBV. Our Executive director @ayodeji.awodoyin_bello will always say passionately, "I want to give activists what I did not have access to when I started campaigning". From ethics of community entry to project management, media engagement to survivor-centered approaches, we don’t just run programs, we BUILD people. From one voice to hundreds, from one community to many. We are grateful for every activist and grassroots organization that has trusted us at @igrhdevelopment_ with their growth journey. Together, we are building a movement that lasts and proving that community-led change works. #igrhdeducates #Capacitystrengthening #explorarpage #ᴇxᴘʟᴏʀᴀʀ @ife_ujesaprincess @detutu_mi @jesutomisin_a @vic_odeyemi @683m1 @tommy_tiana @odeyemifolusoesther @zenani_gbadume @feladnigeria
