This summer the Ignition Lab teens have been working to create a student-run social media channel in our Digital Media lab. The goal is to provide real-world skills in storytelling, social media management, and content creation.

A few weeks ago, they held a Soft Opening for their new Food Truck 🚐 that we’ve been a part of helping them strategize and plan for over the past TWO+ YEARS! 🔥 The kids have put a lot of research, groundwork, kitchen training, and so much more hard work into this project, and the entrepreneurial skills they’ve learned are serious!
I tried their ‘Sweet Potato French Toast Sticks’ & a Lemon Cookie. (Everything made from scratch by the Kids!)
They served their own blend of coffee that is sourced by a local owned company @equalmindedcafe 😉
