It’s taken me a second to process this past weekend. I’ve prayed for this type of experience since I started on my journey acting 14 years ago. I have so much to say and so much gratitude to express, to so many people. But I truly need to thank God. Thank you for making me wait. I didn’t understand it for a while, but I do now. I needed to experience the roller coaster that was the last 14 years to responsibly appreciate what all of this means. If you’re struggling chasing a dream, and it feels so far away.. it’s not, time flies, life is short— you might not be ready for it, yet….but I promise, take a leap of faith and stick with it, that dream is right there on the other side. The journey you get to go on getting there is worth the person you get to become. The journeys what life is all about.
