What a way to kick off the first regional of the series.
Last Friday at @southernregionalcollege , the Junior line-up delivered a huge day of brickwork from start to finish. Phenomenal brick counts, a top-level attitude, and a seriously strong standard right across the lanes.

IG Masonry Support delivered a fully bespoke package of masonry support and brick slip system solutions for Partridge Way, a 23-unit residential development in Haringey, London.
The buildingโs distinctive stepped and corbelled faรงade required a combination of dropper Welded Masonry Support brackets, B.O.S.S. A1 (Brick on Soffit Systems), and Brick Panel Systems to achieve its complex geometry. Our dedicated Brick Cutting Facility produced 6,355 brick specials, each one essential in delivering the projectโs intricate details, from window cills and balcony heads to pistol brick elements designed to interface with the masonry support systems.

One of the defining architectural challenges at No.3 Circle Square was the deep soffit detailing at the top-floor terraces, delivered within extremely tight cavity tolerances where the masonry faรงade interfaced directly with an adjacent steel-frame structure.
To achieve this, our prefabricated B.O.S.S. A1 (Brick on Soffit Systems) and Brick Slip Soffit Panels were designed to interlock seamlessly, allowing the stretcher-course bond and deep soffit returns to continue uninterrupted across complex cross-junctions and terrace elevations. Long, narrow units ensured consistent geometry throughout, while early coordination and detailed tolerance mapping eliminated clash risks and enabled precise setting-out on site.
The result? High-quality brickwork design that met the architectural intent, without compromising buildability, fire performance or installation efficiency.

This major residential scheme delivers 158 affordable homes alongside the refurbishment of the historic 1908 Old Refectory, blending modern construction with preserved local heritage.
We delivered a full product package across multiple blocks, engineering solutions to suit varying cavity widths, changing slab conditions and complex multi-storey elevations. By combining our Welded Masonry Support, Cast-in Channels, U-shaped Windposts, and precision pistol brick cutting, we helped ensure faster installation and consistent structural performance across every faรงade.
For our customers, this meant fewer site challenges, smoother coordination and a high-quality finish that met both architectural and programme demands.
