Some moments remind you that purpose has a louder voice than publicity.
Last weekend, I received the Social Impact Award at the @globalentrepreneurshipfestival . And this one meant a lot to me.
Not because it was glamorous, but because I didnāt lobby for it. I didnāt apply. I didnāt pitch. I didnāt even know who nominated me.
It simply found me in a season where Iāve been deliberately choosing impact over noise, service over spotlight, and purpose over performance.
Thatās why this recognition touched me so deeply.
Someone out there watched the work, the service, the consistency⦠and quietly acted on my behalf. That kind of affirmation reminds you that nothing done with integrity is ever wasted.
So hereās my encouragement to you:
Keep going. Keep sowing. Keep showing up with excellence. Whether you see them or not, people are watching. And sometimes, someone will not only watch⦠theyāll step in and open a door you didnāt even know existed.
To whoever nominated me, thank you. God bless you. I wonāt take this lightly. We keep moving.
And yes⦠keep an eye on this space. Iāll be sharing some powerful nuggets from the sessions at the GEF Conference. They stayed with me, and I think theyāll bless you too.

Just got some incredible news: Iāve been listed under the "best parenting coach in the world" by Google! š šš
What I can see from this is, itās not just about how often you show upāitās about how STRATEGICALLY you show up. This recognition is a testament that consistent and intentional branding really does pay off. š±
Thank you all for being part of this journey! #Thrive3Sixty #ParentingWithPurpose #ConsistencyWins"
Do you think saying no makes you difficult or unreasonable? The incomparabale @ifyok4 challenges this belief, proving that boundaries set you free and the worst that can happen is someone says no.
In this episode of āThis Queen Saysā, this certified wholeness coach, mother of four and self-confessed people please shares how advocating for yourself really can change everything.
This is for every woman whoās been told boundaries are selfish, who carries invisible mental load and who needs permission to protect her peace unapologetically.

What does executive presence really look like when the room is complex, high-stakes, and not always designed for you?
We asked women within the Ascent community, leaders navigating boardrooms, regulation, energy, consulting, and corporate transformation what it truly takes to build presence that is both authentic and effective.
What youāll read in this carousel are insights culled from the full article that contains the blueprint shaped by women who are doing the work at the highest levels.
If youāre building toward senior leadership, board roles, or greater influence, this is the level of thinking required.
Read, reflect and apply these insights from Ascent Women and when youāre ready to be in rooms where these conversations are the standard, Ascent Club is where that next level begins.

So in my last post I promised to share the details of how I filled my cup yesterday.
Well I spent the day with my girlie's @brenda.unu and @ayovincentmusic
We visited the @upsidedownhouse_landmark@landmark_centre and had fun making different poses and letting our inner children out. Japhet that's for an excellent tour and taking amazing pictures.
Then it was off to @shirolagos for a beautiful lunch. Gabriel was a very attentive waiter.
We rounded off the day with a @toyin_abraham movie - Oversabi Auntie (....better late than never). @filmhousecinemas , Paul the Manager at your Landmark branch deserves a raise.
And that's how my day went.....I am filled full of happy vibes and ready to conquer the world.š
So will you be filling your cup this weekend?
We talk a lot about capacity.
About doing more. Carrying more. Becoming more.
But very few people pause to ask the more important question:
How are you sustaining the capacity you already have?
Today was simple.
Time with my sisters @ayovincentmusic and @brenda.unu
Laughter. Conversations that donāt require performance.
A little fun. A good movie.
Nothing dramatic. But everything necessary.
Because the truth is this:
You cannot keep pouring from a life you havenāt designed to refill you.
For me, this is one of the ways I top up.
Not occasionally. Not when Iām burnt out.
But intentionally. Periodically.
So Iāll ask you the same question Iām learning to ask myself more often:
How do you fill your cup⦠and how often do you actually do it?
