Eighteen years ago, we released our debut “The Sculptor of Negative Emotions”. It carried us onto stages and into a scene that embraced its intensity. We’ve now re-recorded the album from the ground up with all the original members. Time didn't soften it, it made it heavier Mixed and mastered by Daniel Bernath who also worked on Winding The Optics, and Resisting Another Equation. Will be out on vinyl soon! Virodh is a technical brutal death metal band with its roots directly immersed in the morbidold-school sound of extreme music. They believe in the raw and abyssal take on metal which areusually laced with adrenalizing speed and technical proficiency. Borrowing influences fromold-school death metal bands, their sound aims to bring back the ravaging sound of cavemanbrutality while experimenting with harrowing dissonance. The band growls about societalunrest, de-establishment and bureaucratic dystrophy. Virodh was initially formed as a one-manband by Sourav Koer (Assam, India) who was laying the guitars and bass on the music. To To makethe band a live act with an intent of making more extreme music, the band later tuned to its fulllineup with Pranaw Chhetri (drums) and Rudra Sharma (vocals) from Sikkim and ArunNataranjan (Moral collapse, Ec{c}entric Pendulum - Bangalore) on bass duties bringing forth amix of cultures from across India, leaping boundaries of predictability, y, fueled with the purposeof making the mother of all brutality come alive. Unbuilt Assorted Circa 2022 Unbuilt architecture is crucial for pushing creative boundaries, testing radical ideas, and shaping future development by acting as a laboratory for innovation, influencing actual projects, and serving as a vital record of architectural thought, even if never realized. It allows architects to explore complex concepts free from budget or site constraints, serving as inspiration, cautionary tales, and a vision for better urban futures, impacting sustainability, technology, and design ethos. #coronavirus #architecture #icosaarchitects #unbuiltarchitecture #art

Sadguru Sri Tyāgarāja Swāmi (4 May 1767 – 6 January 1847), also known as Tyāgayya, and in full as Kākarla Tyāgabraḥmaṁ, was a composer of Carnatic Music, a form of Indian Classical Music. Tyāgarāja and his contemporaries, Śyāma Śāstri and Muthuswāmi Dikshitar, are regarded as the Trinity of Carnatic Music. Tyāgarāja composed hundreds of devotional kṛti (compositions), mostly in Telugu and in praise of Rāma. Many of them remain popular to this day. Of special mention are five of his compositions called the Pañcaratna Kṛti (transl. five gems), which are often sung in programs held in his honor. Tyāgarāja composed many Utsava Sāmpradāya Kṛti (transl. festive ritual compositions), meant to be sung in temple rituals/festivities.
