Finally, the digital platform we’ve been developing for over a year will be released in just five days on 15 May!
Collectives across 11 countries involved in the
@icodaco project have been uploading content to the platform, using it as a space for discussion during their Saturday sharing sessions.
The aim has been to make this content public and the first open-access platform dedicated to contemporary dance practices in the 21st century.
Collectives have shared insights into their creative processes during residencies, through images, videos, and other media.
The platform supports transnational co-creation and exchange. Its development has been led by
@_ildance_ (Sweden), in partnership with Creativity Lab (Latvia) and
@circeplatform (Georgia). An additional key collaborator,
@onspotstory_europe has provided the database and initial platform design where all materials are stored, in collaboration with www.Museum.Link.
Stay tuned for more updates!
The development of the prototype of the digital platform is funded by the Swedish Institute.
