Manhattan Fire Protection District's Station 81 is taking shape—and it’s exciting to see this project come to life. 🚒
This 20,450 square foot facility will feature three apparatus bays, dedicated living quarters for firefighters, administrative and training spaces, plus a mechanical and storage mezzanine—designed to support daily operations and long-term service to the community.

From sitework to RTU installation, it’s great to see momentum across the building and surrounding infrastructure as this project continues to come together.
The Veridian development will bring a dynamic mix of retail, residential, and community-focused spaces to the area—and we’re excited to help bring that vision to life.

As part of a multi-year series of renovations for @leydenpride212 , work at East Leyden High School is nearing completion for its initial Spring Break turnover! Revamped administrative offices will make way for a complete overhaul of the existing main entrance providing enhanced accessibility and security.
Additional renovations throughout the building will support a new Study Hall, relocated Department Offices, new Field House facilities, upgraded electrical infrastructure and a full fire alarm replacement.
At West Leyden, students are benefiting from their newly renovated Locker Rooms completed earlier this year.

A contract that began nine years ago with a small local interior build-out has grown into a strong working relationship spanning nine states and 32 projects.
Last summer, @chwinery entrusted ICI with our 32nd project together. Construction of the 10,700-square-foot ground-up restaurant in Livonia, Michigan was completed in February and opened to the public this week.
