We were honoured to welcome Veronica Johnny, a Knowledge Keeper, Cree/Dene and member of the Athabasca Chipewyan First Nation, who joined us with IndigenEd to introduce our students to the art and meaning of drumming.
Through this engaging workshop, students experienced rhythm, storytelling, and Indigenous culture in a powerful and interactive way: learning, listening, and connecting through music.

Today’s lineup took us from the streets of Rome 🐊, to the Colombian coral reef 🦈, to the football fields of Calabria⚽, to the Portuguese-speaking world 👑, and all the way back to Quebec 🎭 — because great storytelling truly knows no borders!
