Hello! Welcome to my profile!
My name is Timothy O. Iām a singer-songwriter based in Victoria, a beautiful city on Canadaās west coast.
I was raised in a household filled with music, and I developed a strong ear for melody and structure from an early age. I recorded my first songs in the early 90ās. One of them even got to be on the radio! However, a life-changing epilepsy diagnosis forced me to step back from pursuing music.
Decades later, Iām back with a renewed sense of purpose, and Iām taking a second chance at songwriting and recording! Since 2021, Iāve released multiple singles and Iām going even further on 2026 with the release of 2 EPās!

Today Iām thinking of my mom. ā¤ļø
She was kind, caring, resilient, and someone who always tried to create a loving and uplifting life for me and my siblings despite the hardships she herself experienced while growing up. Her strength continues to inspire me every day. š
Alot of my relationship and experiences with my mother inspired my song "Excuse Me, My Life" which is featured on my upcoming EP called Juxtaposed which is releasing May 15th. š
I'm sending love today to all mothers and mother figures out there, and to all celebrating and/or missing someone they love on Motherās Day. š¤

Song of the Week is āThese Streetsā by TImothy O @iamtimothyo , a bright, sparkly pop-country tune that appeals to the sentimental, the heartfelt, and the intensely earnest.
Thereās not a single question in my mind whether Timothy O is speaking from the heart on this one. āThese Streetsā describes itself as a song about āfinding that perfect someone to navigate the ups and downs in āthese streetsā that is lifeās journey. A feel-good ballad about persevering through hard times with that special loved one will undoubtedly find an equally resilient audience, and with an accompanying music video featuring lots of fades, smiles, fireworks, and couples walking hand-in-hand, itās sweet to see an artist express themselves when the times are good. Reflective music is important, and I hope Timothy O continues his songwriting journey with these same ideals in mind.
