My heart is full. Thank you for all your love last night. Words are not enough to describe the joy I felt in that room. I’m absolutely exhausted. I spent so long planning this show & everyone involved has worked their socks off to try and deliver something that we could all be proud of. Something we hoped you would all enjoy. I’ve been thinking a lot about this show… Celebrating 10 years of this project a lot of ups, joyous times, setbacks, and somehow we’re here. So I wanted to open up something a bit more personal for this one. I’m making 30 spaces available for the afterparty once it’s all done. Nothing formal, just a chance to spend a bit of time together at the end of the night. Comes with a few bits from the night as well. It felt like the right way to share a bit more of it. A beautiful & sometimes difficult year. But nothing worth having is easy. My first year releasing music completely independently. I could fill an ocean with the things I’ve learned and unlearned too. Thank you to everyone who listened, bought vinyl, sent messages, and kept showing up. And to everyone who helped me realise this album, I love you. You know who you are. It meant more than you know. See you in London on May 7th ❤️

When I look back at the messages that came in during the first days of my new album’s release, the ones full of warmth and love, it takes me back to a feeling I have been trying to sit with. Hearing from those who found something in the music, whether comfort, clarity, or just a moment of feeling seen, has been a genuine gift. And like anyone, even in the middle of joy, that familiar voice showed up: the Inner Critic. Not because anyone owes me anything, but because that voice invents stories. It creates imagined slights and focuses on things that are not real or important. It tries to pull me back into old shadows, even when the reality is full of connection and support. This short visual expression is my conversation with that voice, a way of saying: I hear you, but I am choosing truth over fear. And the truth is this: I care deeply about the people who are here. I care about the ones who listen, who reach out, who connect in their own way. Everything else is noise from a voice that thinks it is protecting me, even when it is not. Making Metanoia reminded me that expressing myself takes many forms, and that staying still, creatively or personally, is not an option if I want to grow. The world is changing fast. AI is everywhere now, in music, art, writing, everything. It is surreal, but I am trying to understand it rather than fear it. And part of my evolution is finding new ways to tell stories in my own voice, through music, through visuals, through moments like this one with my Inner Critic. I do not know exactly what the future of creativity looks like, but I do know this: Human connection does not disappear. Not ever. And the connection I share with all of you, whether you have been here for years or only just found me, matters more now than it ever has. Thank you for being here. Truly.

Honestly, I’m just beyond humbled. Feel It Coming, a track that began right here in my little studio, has been included in the final season of Bel-Air, a show I grew up watching. I never imagined that one day my own music would be part of its legacy. My new album Metanoia has been out almost four weeks now, and watching it travel to all of you, to new listeners around the world, and now into a program that was big part of my childhood is incredibly special. This album was made with the hope of reaching people in different ways, and moments like this remind me why I keep creating. Feel It Coming was crafted with my brilliant co-writers Mike McAllister and Julie Hardy, with the intention of giving it that cinematic feel. Huge love to @agsync for securing this placement and to the amazing team behind Bel-Air for giving this song a home. Seeing something that was born in this small studio now beam back onto my own projector from screens around the world is surreal. Thank you for being part of this journey. 🎬 Rx

The journey to this moment has been long and full of changes, but knowing you’ve stayed with me means more than I can ever express. Look how far we’ve come. Sometimes you might not realise how far a simple comment, a like, or a share travels. Every little bit of support you give helps this music reach someone new, and it means the world to me. To everyone who’s already picked up a copy or shared the record, I know your names by heart because I’m the one packing those labels and sending them out. You’re not just listeners, you’re the heartbeat of this journey.
