➡️Felt ripped might delete later!😂 Earlier this past spring I was kinda plateauing with my gym progress so I decided to drastically change my diet and eat super clean for a shred,taking lots of vitamins and supplements and started kickboxing again. I’m super proud of my results considering I’m 51. Someone in my gym asked me if I was competing and I said “I’m competing against myself” it just shows if you set goals and put in the work, ANYONE can accomplish anything if you want it and have the discipline.
