Cambridge to London charity walk for - SaveOneLife πŸ‘£πŸšΆβ€β™‚οΈ Walked 89.5 kilometers to raise funds for the people impacted in Gaza. It was not easy at all, but we did it. Started Saturday around 10 in the morning from Cambridge and finished Sunday around 1PM in London. Walked day and night in the cold via roads and forests. Collectively so far we have raised Β£58,000. Queen Elizabeth Park 10K with the chip time 39:17 and finish position 17/350 runners πŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸƒβ€β™‚οΈπŸ’ Fastest run in weeks. Didn’t expect to run this fast today, but it happened. Kudos to the lady running alongside with me almost the whole course, I think she made me run this fast. πŸ˜‚πŸ’ͺπŸƒβ€β™€οΈ Course was a good 100 plus meters short. Pacer duty for sub 3 hour 55 mins for the Original Marathon 1908 - ran all the way from Windsor Castle to White City πŸ°πŸƒβ€β™‚οΈπŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸ’ This was my first ever race/run I ran outside London in UK. 🫒 I can say this as my first marathon which I enjoyed running, talked with the runners throughout the run, stopped at all aid stations and had some well deserved breaks. 🍌🍬 Great seeing my good friend @rich_runs_again after a very long time. πŸ‘ŒπŸ™Œ Pace was not consistent because this is not a closed road race, had to cross many roads, waiting in color lights, busy with pedestrians etc. πŸš·πŸšΆβ€β™‚οΈπŸš¦ Thank god, no much drama today with cramps or other issues. πŸ™πŸ™Œ This race was powered by my favorite energy drink @tenzing #running #marathon #runmotivation #fitnesslife #fitnessmodel

London Half at Queen Elizabeth Park πŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸƒβ€β™‚οΈπŸ’ Legs still not good, therefore took it easy, started bit slow. Cramps drama was about to appear on around 12th kilometer. Luckily found a water station with gels. Once had a gel and in about 10-15 mins, legs started feeling better. Might be due to the strength of the gel, felt more comfortable and easily pushed myself in the last few kilometers. Initial plan was to do a sub 1:40/1:45, it ended up with sub 1:37. Great seeing lots of familiar faces today. Cancer research London Winter Run. It was an absolute horrible weather with rain and cold, soaked to the bones. Originally planned for a sub 40, but I started with slow wave with joggers and walkers, had to weave a lot, which ended up with 43 mins.It’s at least a beautiful medal in the end.
