Wishing my mom a Happy Mother’s Day. Encouraging all single mothers (especially those raising black men) YOU’VE GOT THIS. My mom sacrificed a lot for me growing up. We did not come from money, but I had everything I needed. I see that now. I wanted to be spoiled so bad as an only child, but that wasn’t in the cards for me. My mom ran a strict program. That program helped guide me to the responsible man I am today. Moms—continue to show your children unconditional love and they will return that love in unimaginable ways.
