People say things like, ‘Content creation is not for you…’ ‘This thing won’t work…’ They might not even be talking to you directly… But because you’re already struggling inside… You start believing it. And that’s how doubt grows. So if you want to stay focused on your journey… you have to protect your mind. Trust God. Trust yourself. Because like Funke Akindele said… Once you discover who you are… It’s not even consistency that pushes you to the top… It’s your identity. So be careful what you listen to. Be careful the kind of seeds people plant in your life. Because seeds grow. And they can either build you… or break you.”👌

Loss in any form people, opportunities, time, relationships… And three things stood out to me: Run to God for comfort Share your pain with others healing can come through shared experiences Do something that makes you happy keep your mind active But let me be honest… That last part? That’s where many of us struggle. We stay stuck. We sit in the pain. We refuse to move. I’m not saying ignore your pain. I’m not saying don’t feel it. But I am saying… Don’t let it stop your life. Learn to live through it in a more positive and productive way. Because life is still moving. Time is still ticking. So instead of asking, “Why is this happening to me?” Start asking: “What is this season teaching me?” Because in the place of loss… people discover purpose. People redefine themselves. People grow. So don’t let that season break you. Let it build you. Cry if you need to. Pray. Heal. But also… Rise.
