Happy First Father’s Day. I always knew you would be an incredible Dad, but I had no idea how exceptional you would be. Thank you for everything you do for us. Every hour of slog at work, every minute of physical and emotional support as a parent and a partner. You are the absolute definition of a co-parent. He adores you and seeing your face with him and your pride takes my breath away. You really are our superhero. We love you to the moon and back. P.S I even included your first Star Wars viewing together. It’s BOba-Fet Babe, not Baa-Baa-Fet.

@sibelsham We threw a big party and it was magnificent. Finally, 2 years and 12 days after getting engaged, we had a chance to bring our closest people together, to formally hold our wedding, and at the same time celebrate the special moments from all of our friends and family over the past two years. Missed milestone birthdays, anniversaries, babies, lockdown weddings and engagements. We partied hard for it all. It’s unconventional to have a second wedding (to the same person 😊) with a honeymoon and a bachelor party inbetween 🤷‍♂️. But convention has been thrown out the window during this pandemic. In normal life there are not enough occasions to bring all those you love together in one place. However the forced separation and isolation of the past two years has emphasized even more how much we missed and needed that, and how important having this weekend was to Hannah and I. Perfect people, a perfect setting #babingtonhouse, a Christmassy atmosphere 🎄 and some @hwebley magic. A weekend of pure fun, friendship and laughter. We went all-in. Omicron 🦠 did it’s best to throw a curveball and we sadly lost some of our special people before hand (you remained in spirit with us all weekend), but with extra precautions and lots of testing we found a way forward to create a shining light in these dark times. The lesson for me: love ALWAYS wins. Even over spike protein viruses. Thank you to the *incredible* Babington team. To our uber talented photographers, tailors, dressmakers. The very special lighting and entertainment crew. Our stunning florists. Our beautiful bridesmaids, flower dogs, best (biggest) men and ushers. And most of all, thank you to everyone that came, embraced the moment, threw yourselves in and made this a weekend none of us will ever forget. We loved every. single. second. We’re now enjoying a couple days in front of a fire, recovering and watching The Holiday on repeat. Repost @sibelsham because he’s much better than me at all this! From tiny acorns… 🐣 baby boy Belsham due May 2022! Wow wow wow. The past two years have been a lot of many things. Like COViD this journey was not one we were hoping for. I’m sure we were taught in school that men just had to look at women and they would fall pregnant. Not so much it turns out! 🤷‍♂️ Until we started on this path I had no idea how many others have been through IVF. Or frankly what it involved. Modern science is a remarkable thing. But the emotional, physical and financial toll of IVF is immense. And it’s largely happening behind closed doors. The rushed appointments before work, constant blood tests, internal scans, hormonal supplements, endless injections. The highs and lows of waiting for news. So much hope and fear. Body and mind in turmoil and relationships under stress. All whilst trying to carry on with normal life. We are blessed and grateful to be here today, Hannah is 14 weeks pregnant. Still a long way to go, but cooking nicely so far. 🙏 So incredibly thankful to the many doctors, nurses, friends and Instagram community who have got us here. You may never know how much support you all provided along the way. And to my formidable wife, and hopefully 🤞soon to be mother. I have been in awe at the way you have dealt with this. Grace, persistence, bravery, humor. What a woman you are. For all those who have, are, and will go through this. Our thoughts and prayers are with you. Never lose hope. One final point - even up to now, very few people talk to me about male infertility. And yet almost half of fertility issues are caused by men and 10% + of the male population will suffer from it. I remember the feeling the day I learnt that I was unable to reproduce without surgery. Like I was less of a man for some reason. Society can make us feel shameful that way. But it’s not true. In fact the journey has given me more confidence in who I am and has deepened my bond with hannah. (Injecting your wife in the butt can do that!) It’s not easy but any men out there who ever want to talk about the experience I’d be happy to. Life is a blessing @weillcornell @ccrmfertility

Ashamed to say I hadn’t “seen” this. These words. We hear them all the time yet never “see” them. Sarah Everard and your family, I am struggling to compute this. My home is minutes from your walk, yet I live in the USA for now. I haven’t been so shaken in a long time. I have done that walk, alone, feeling scared for no logical immediate reason of danger, 1000 times. It’s not fair that it was you. It’s not fair that your family is put through this. #saraheverard
