I actually remember this very clearly. I was going mad with an incredibly painful migraine that wouldn’t go. I’d tried everything but nothing was working. In the end I decided to travel to work to get my laptop and attempt working from home on the off chance that a change of scenery and moving around would be the cure. It wasn’t. I ended up stopping in Regents Park because I felt so horrible, and it did help a bit. Also had an injured foot. But the sunset was nice! The litter was not nice.
