We're proud to announce that Red Arrow Lofts has earned a 2026 Tax Credit Award from the Michigan Historic Preservation Network (MHPN).
For those who don't know the story: What began as a 130-year-old saw mill slated for demolition became 28 loft apartments because Corktown told us: this building matters. We listened. And today, that decision has been recognized as an outstanding example of historic preservation in Michigan.
