Overweeg jij ook om in het buitenland te studeren? ✈️ Laat je inspireren en ontdek jouw exchange-mogelijkheden 👉 link in bio! “Eerlijk gezegd heeft Thessaloniki me echt verrast. Ik begon mijn exchange met bijna geen verwachtingen, maar de stad bleek veel meer dan gedacht. Objectief gezien zijn de stad en zelfs de campus niet heel mooi, maar ze zitten zó vol leven (en katten 🐈) dat het meteen anders aanvoelt. Overal gebeurt wel iets en je ontdekt steeds nieuwe plekken. Wat me ook enorm verraste, is de natuur rondom Thessaloniki. Bijna elk weekend maak ik met vrienden kleine trips de natuur in. Wist je dat Griekenland het derde meest bergachtige land van Europa is? 🏔️ Ik trek mijn wandelschoenen aan en blijf de bergen verkennen, tot ik weer terugkeer naar het platste land van Europa.” ---------- 🌍 UU student Paula spent her exchange in Thessaloniki, Greece 🇬🇷. I started my exchange with almost no expectations, but the city turned out to be so much more than I imagined. Objectively, the city and even the campus are not very beautiful, but they are full of life (and cats 🐈), which makes them feel completely different. There is always something happening and you keep discovering new things. What also amazed me was the nature around Thessaloniki. Almost every weekend, I went on small trips into nature with my friends. Did you know that Greece is the third most mountainous country in Europe? 🏔️ I put on my hiking boots and keep exploring the mountains, until I return to the flattest country in Europe.” #HumanitiesUU #UtrechtUniversity #UU
