I came up with the title “Good Grief” after accepting that regardless of the pain & loss of grief, I’m constantly growing and gaining insight of who I am through it all.
What life will teach you time & time again is that the good parts really are in the process no matter what it is - grief or otherwise.
I wanted to share the process of the album cover. We’ve had the music for a while so I was able to share the album & a moodboard with @bizar_gomez - he came with some WORK. It was hard to choose, but I’m so happy with where we landed. (We’ve been holding this cover for like a year 😭😭😭)

Over the past several years I’ve been struggling with an immense amount of grief. Life ebbs & flows but the pain and process of grieving can feel so constant. Looking forward to processing with y’all.
