Hi Everyone we are throwing a benefit show in honor of Ryan McCardle on Saturday June 7th. Ryan did the layout for a large portion the @graveface_recs LPs over the years, in addition to a slew of classics with @capturedtracks and his own label @furioushooves . It is hard to put into words the impact he had on the visuals of Music in the 2010s. He was one of the sweetest and talented people in music. @sung.low , @waxing_crescent_media , and @human_accident are playing.We are fundraising for his family and a charity that is near to their hearts, The Chordoma Foundation. Hi Everyone thanks for a great 2023! I wanted to recap these two releases from there later bit of this year. The first being #thegrizzlyfolk , an electronic-shoegaze odyssey through deep time. It was really inspired by installation music in the Field Museum. The second release is #shootdownthatflag a electronic-hiphop-shoegaze ep. People can see the evils of Imperialism and Colonialism on a daily basis but feel trapped by the cycle. These two tracks are a break the cycle type beat.
