Thanks to all these great people exhibiting Humain in Milan was such a great experience. Thank you 🫶🏻
Humain is an inclusive coffee cup system for people with rheumatoid arthritis. The modular cups and handles were developed in close exchange with occupational therapist Solveig Hörath (Theramobil). Different handle forms enable a range of gripping techniques and help reduce strain and pain in the hands, while improving safety and comfort in everyday use. The project combines ergonomic function, material quality and the sensory dimension of the coffee ritual to support independence, dignity and social participation. Advisory input was also provided by the hospitals Göttlicher Heiland and Barmherzige Schwestern.
