We partnered with Nicole Charles (@nicoledcharles ), Jano Badovinac (@fugitive_glue ) and Jared Ireland (@jaredirishman ) on a mural inspired by the neighbourhood’s layered history and creative energy.
Made from marine plywood using CNC cutting, hand staining and assembly, the piece brings texture, detail, and a sense of place to the streetscape. Something to discover up close - next time you’re in the neighbourhood.

The conversation explored the evolving relationship between debt and equity, capital recycling strategies, and how leaders are approaching balance sheets, financing and sustainability in today’s market environment.
