‘Cyber Visual’ is the second instalment in a mini series of dual singles that I am self-releasing.
‘Cyber Visual’ - Spiralling, otherworldly textural synths and emotive pads float above a sub-heavy arpeggiated bassline.
Intended for immersive techno sets.
‘Cyber Visual (Ambient Mix)’ - A beatless, and slower version of the original.
Intended for deep listening and ambient sets.

‘The Rain Is Coming’ is the first drop from a mini series of dual singles that I’ll be self-releasing.
(Lazy Mix) - Laid back, moody and slower in tempo, intended for warm up sets, kicking back
or kicking on.
(Doof Mix) - Hefty and energetic, a functional broken beat number depicting the Australian summer storm rolling in. Designed for the doof floor. (Massive love to Jack from @mixmaganz for premiering this one!)
Both tracks sample the Black Cockatoo, believed to become more vocal when rain is imminent.
Out on Bandcamp and Soundcloud.

Sydney/Eora based Hüda draws elements from various facets of the underground electronic music scene; from warehouse dance floors to headphone-engulfed introspective listening experiences.
Having released a 10-track mini album titled ‘Rest Up’ on Melbourne’s Geotherapy last year, Hüda also has a slew of tracks under his belt via the likes of Pure Space, Companion, Lovejoy, DMO, Beats of No Nation and Touch of Loft.
His 2024 self-released edit of ‘Teardrop’ by Massive Attack has also proven to be a nostalgic dancefloor weapon in various corners of the globe, being spun by Kia, Sybil and Nak among others.
With more original releases on the way, Hüda continues to build momentum and is quickly establishing a strong presence in the local scene.

Ahead of this Sunday’s event ft. @sybil_dj , Closed Circuits asked @huda_thunk a few Qs:
Q: What’s an ambient release you’ve been loving?
A: Can I answer with an ambient (un)release(d)? I was lucky enough to lay ears on a forthcoming album by Melbourne ambient extraordinaire, Declan recently. Listened front to back in my work van, and it was utter bliss. I actually opened a recent mix of mine with one of the tracks.
Q: Ideal Sunday morning?
A: The apartment’s already sparkling clean, I’d make either an espresso or a pour-over, put some slow tunes on, light a Gentle Habits incense, sit on the couch and watch our black cat bask in the sun on the balcony.
Q: What’s a non-music thing that can influence your set?
A: Weather. I feel like certain sounds pair really well with certain types of weather. As great as the Aussie Summer can be, I am much more of a Winter person. Give me grey, misty, foggy, gloomy and cold any day of the week. This type of weather enhances music for me, and would help with my track selections.

This week we have a guest mix from DJ/producer @huda_thunk (Adam Knoflack) based in Sydney, Australia.
“Expect a colourful assortment of swampy mid-tempo sludge, ethereal ambience, hefty low end, hypnotic 170bpm heaters, and 1 unreleased Hüda original. It ebbs and flows, pushes and pulls. These are tracks that perhaps I wouldn’t frequently get the chance to play in their intended context, which is the beauty of mixes. It was a pleasure digging back through my Bandcamp collection. <3”
Tune in on CFRO 100.5FM from 11pm-12am (PDT), or online at coopradio.org

Introducing our Hardwire artists for Friday!
Weaving between energetic peak-timers and atmospheric slow burners, Sydney/Eora based Hüda draws elements from various facets of the underground electronic music scene; from warehouse dance floors to headphone-engulfed introspective listening experiences.
Eora-based Lewa is drawn to the creation of immersive dancefloors, exploring the emotional undercurrents of techno. Shaped by a parallel practice in deep listening and ambient spaces, their club sets are built with attention and intention, selecting tracks that move through texture, rhythm, and groove - an invitation for both connection and release.
Xanthe is a South London raised DJ now based in Sydney. As a proud Pisces, her sound is driven by her mood and memories. Expect a dance floor selection of deep cuts, niche sounds and maybe an obscure sugababes dub edit. Xanthe has also founded events collective Closed Circuits and was a previous resident at Subtle Radio
