50 weeks until open @saltash__farm
A new weekly update on progress as we build a gorgeous guesthouse in the town of Carcoar.
Sometimes @neilwrites will take you on a tour, the kids or @edwina_b .
This week @howarth_built shows you around.
• @jnexcavations_pty_ltd nearing completion
• exterior painting begins
• little shed shop under construction to replace the structure that fell down.
Opening March 2027.
Behind the scenes at Clinton Street!
A little glimpse into our recent photoshoot with the very talented @moniquelovick.photography capturing the details as this project comes together.
Always a pleasure working alongside Aaron and the team at Howarth Built @howarth_built - watching these spaces take shape is easily one of the best parts of the job.
CLINTON STREET RENOVATION • Well underway on site.
With full design and documentation packages (in laymen’s term - all the drawings and the material and product choices) finished it’s now over to the team @howarth_built
The demo phase brought a few surprises - we saw a bit more daylight in the demo phase than expected with the whole rear of the building pretty much removed.
It’s getting closer to the “put back together” stage so there should be less surprises moving forward 🤞🏼.
Excited to see the interiors of this one emerge in early 2026.
The Great Wall of Carcoar is taking shape. @saltash__farm@studio_uc_

The past few months have been all about bringing @saltash__farm back to life. We took her right down to the bare bones, and now she’s finally on the mend. It’s been a lot of graft and “making good,” but seeing the progress makes it all worth it. A big thanks to all our boys, plumbers, sparky’s earth movers and everyone involved.
Something we don’t get to see very often anymore, copper pipe work. One of many bathrooms at @saltash__farm beautifully done by our brilliant plumber @insyncplumbing . Bit of an Appreciation post for all the plumbers out there that get their work covered up without any recognition, it doesn’t go unnoticed men! @reeceplumbing@reecebathrooms@sussextaps
