Following on from my morning skincare routine, here’s my evening one too for you. I start off with a double cleanse. I first use the @susannekaufmann_ cleansing oil, before my second cleanse with the @officialmedik8 clarifying foam. Then if I have time I’ll put my @currentbody LED face mask on for 10 mins on clean dry skin. Then I’m back to my bedtime skincare adding a medik8 Niacinamide peptide serum, before adding my moisturiser which is the Medik8 Advance Pro collagen peptide cream. Then I add my retinal - I love the crystal retinal from Medik8. I’ve been using the 6, but I’m about to start on the 10 soon when this one runs out. Then I finish with a bit of eye cream. I’ve been using the @augustinusbader Rich eye cream, but I also like the Susanne Kaufmann nourishing eye cream. And then I’m ready for bed! A lot of you asked me for my daily skincare routine, so here’s my morning routine for you. - I start off with my @officialmedik8 C Tetra Luxe - I then add my @medicube_korea Collagen capsule PDRN serum. - I then add my @officialmedik8 Advance Day total protect which is a daily moisturiser with SPF30 On the days I’m feeling a bit red I’ll use my @erborian_uk CC Red correct. And this is great if you don’t want to wear any foundation to even out your complexion. I also use the @bootsuk no 7 peptide hand cream during the day And that’s everything. Ad Air fryer roast chicken and potatoes all done within an hour, using our @instantpotuk Vortex Dual 11L Airfryer to cook the juiciest roast chicken and crispy roast potatoes, and the results were 10/10. This airfryer has 8 functions including Air Fry, Bake, Grill, Dehydrate, Roast, Reheat, SyncCook and SyncFinish, meaning you can sync both drawers to complete cooking / stay warm at the same time. The method This was a 1.6kg chicken which fitted in the larger side (7L) of my Air fryer just fine. Simply coat the chicken in olive oil or butter, salt and pepper and seasonings of choice, you can use things like rosemary, thyme & sage instead if it’s for a Sunday roast so good. I parboiled the potatoes and then coated them in goose fat (or you can use vegetable oil if you prefer) in the 4L side of the air-fryer, tossing them half way throughout cooking. The chicken was an hour to cook and the potatoes were 45 mins with 10 mins of pre parboiling, and the best thing was using the SyncFinish™ function, so the chicken and potatoes finished roasting at the same time. Which is just one of 8 functions that this mega airfryer has. Delivering Evencrisp™ technology, resulting in the perfect crunchy roast potato. Cooking in this airfryer means you use 95% less oil, while cooking up to 50% faster and using 80% less energy than a traditional oven. Plus, it can serve up to 8 people from the 11L capacity. When we first bought our house we started renovating it almost immediately as it wasn’t fit to live in. We moved in after a year and everyone presumed it was “finished”. We had a kitchen and a bathroom, but it was far from complete. Seven years later we’re still adding carpentry as everything is so expensive. And this year we’ve focused our time, money and energy on the garden. Ad I’ve ditched the old school mop and bucket and replaced it with a next generation electric mop from @philipshomelivinguk . Not only is it much more hygienic not having to re dip into dirty water, but it’s super compact too for storage, as you don’t need a huge bucket anymore. You just fill up the clean water tank and add the ‘OneUp’ cleaning solution, and it’s ready. Then the mop will do the rest of the work for you, sucking up all the dirty excess water into a separate tank So no more spreading dirty water across those floors. And it’s rechargeable too with a USB-C port, so no need for worrying about the batteries dying. Usable on wood, tiles, laminate, vinyl and stone floors.
