Itās been a summer for the books and itās not over yet! Hereās one of the most memorable fish Iāve ever hooked that I was lucky enough to shake hands with a couple months ago. First solo trip in the boat started out very nicely when this fish slipped up and ate within the first hour of the day. 6x tippet and trying to row upstream while fighting the fish made things a little hectic but luckily the fish stayed out of the brush and found itās way into the net.

2025 Youth World Championships in the books. Team USA took the win for the 3rd year in a row and I was able to get lucky and take 3rd individually. I couldnāt think of a better group of anglers and coaches to call my teammates. Also big congrats to the homie, @river_jedi for the big individual win. A little late on getting around to posting but a little over a month ago I have the opportunity to fish the USA Youth national championship. I was lucky enough to be able to take home the win for the 3rd year in a row. Was a super fun time fishing some unfamiliar water and having to adapt to the conditions. Been a few weeks since worlds and it still feels surreal. 2024 Youth world champions!! Along with my teammates we spent over 2 weeks in Czech Republic and once again Team USA was able to secure first place. I couldnāt be more proud to be apart of this team. We not only won but my teammates were able to sweep the individual podium. All this couldnāt have been done without @joshpgh@jess_l_westbrook and @jw.flytying working on things behind the scenes. Thank you to everyone that has supported me along this journey.
