To the Sun or Bust
Set out to do the Going To The Sun Road on the bike. Was something that I’ve wanted to do since I went out to Montana last year for the first time. Driving it was epic, but man that nagging feeling from not riding my bike on it was crazy.
After some unforeseen events, I thought it just wasn’t going to be a thing this time around, but then I decided to stay an extra day instead of take off. The weather was far from sunny, but that’s what made this so memorable. I set out to do it, so I did it. Despite the back tire slipping a few times and having to take it fairly easy, to being soaked to the bone, having my gloves and hands soaked and soggy as well, it was a hell of an experience and I wouldn’t have it any other way.
I know many riders ride through adverse conditions and in those moments you have to have respect for the road, for nature, and also not push it past your riding ability. This was an amazing experience and I loved accomplishing what I set out to do.
The next day I was just going to take my win and drive up the road, but the clouds broke and I had sunshine so I decided to ride it again else I would have regretted sitting in a cage on such a beautiful road.
I’m grateful for these moments. For getting me back safe, and giving me challenges that free my soul. It’s part of why I ride
So damn cool
Rescue
Traveled across five states and brought the lil girl. Wasn’t going to bring her initially, but had a moment where I didn’t understand why I wouldn’t. What was the point of “rescuing” her for her to just sit at home not having adventures together. Especially the ones she deserves.
I say rescue, but in reality we needed each other at that time. She rescued me from a pretty dark place about a year and a half ago at this point and I’m working to make it a point to bring her wherever I can with me so she can see this world.
We drove across five states and hit three national parks in that time. Got to play in lakes and rivers and open fields. Sniff her way across Arizona, Utah, Idaho, Montana, and Wyoming. Got the zoomies in the two hotels/motels we stayed in from the long drives.
Man, what a trip. Thanks pup. Love you little girl.
Some from the shoot with @jkwinders for @overlandsheepskin for one of their leather bomber jacket
Had a great day of convos, riding, shooting, and hanging with good people for this shoot. Ended the night with dinner at @rustybucklesaloon where we had the chance to just hang, decompress, and listen to live music. Overall a solid day. Looking forward to the next one

Puerto Vallarta
Traveled there for a buddy’s wedding and fell in love with the place. Not only is it more accessible than I thought it was, I had no clue how beautiful it was. Although we didn’t explore way too much, I got to see it from some pretty cool vantage points. Beyond the bug bites from the botanical gardens (literally warns to wear pants or bug spray - guess who didn’t listen…), it’s definitely a place I would love to see more of. The hotel/resort main drag of Cancun never exactly made me love Mexico. The trip to Isla Mujeres was wonderful. Rocky Point has its place, but this won me over.

Finally getting some time to move through the Canada trip from last year again. These are just a few “imperfect” photos that I felt told a lot of the story of what we saw. The place is massive and beautiful. Shooting from the bike isn’t always perfect, but sometimes you get some shots that have life to them and don’t need to be clinical.
These were shot on a 40mm at f16 with 1/60th shutter speed. There was dust in the lens and dust on the sensor from all the riding. I decided not to remove that or the vignetting in post as I think we get caught up in having everything look perfect before sharing. That’s not real life though and these things or “flaws” add character to it just like life.
Looking forward to sharing more from this adventure on two wheels through Canada with some amazing guys and amazing views. For now, enjoy the bikes, the horses, and the scenery.
Always a good guy, reached out and chatted with @trentschlamp a few times on here before he traveled down to AZ shoot with @rockin_a_photo
Nothing but kindness and a good time while he was here on top of being a great artist. Ended the night at @rustybucklesaloon to decompress and refuel. Damn good day. Thanks for always being welcoming. Looking forward to our next crossing my friend

@rockin_a_photo killing it in front of the lens. Was just the background “2nd” for @trentschlamp but with his and her trust I was able to capture some other shots
Met Marisa a year and a half ago at a workshop, but never got to talk to her there as I got thrown in front of the lens myself. Turned out our boys were in the same soccer club. We were talking and didn’t even realize that we met there because she was in “normal people” clothes. Always humble, you would never know that she has had so many accomplishments under her belt. Thankful our paths crossed. Thanks for being a damn good person and for your friendship. Looking forward to another shoot. Hopefully back in your hometown.
Trent & Marisa, let’s make it happen

Grateful for inspiration and great company while out in Flagstaff earlier this week. A lot of riding, new friends, great convos, laughter, and capturing some of those moments. Most of all, I was present. It gave me time to think on some things that I’ve needed the space for.
-silhouette of @chrischeney and @sobremesa__________ at the end of our day of shooting. Great way to send off the sun.
@stuntwarzofficial was a damn good way to kick off 2026. The crews showed up and the crowds did too. Almost looked like AZ Bike Week out there.
