I absolutely LOVED both assisting with the builds for the UCLA TFT musical production of Emma: No One But Herself and watching it all come to life in spectacular colour and form.

This past week I had an incredible experience working as a technician for the ‘Masters of Light’ @swarovski exhibit helping to build and mount historic costumes and designs featuring some of Swarovski’s most famous work and collaborations. I’m so very lucky to have had the opportunity to get to see these pieces up close and personal and get a closer look at fashion and costume history. If you have time to go and see it I believe the exhibit will be in town until Nov. 3rd. There were so many pieces I didn’t get to post, these were just some of my favorites that I got to work with

I recently worked with @beth.peterson.puppets to create these fun and colorful animal puppets for the Discanso Garden’s Roots of Cool celebration. Last weekend I completed the @mpc705 Finished Costumer Bootcamp Training. It was honestly one of the best and most informative training courses I’ve ever seen. I made some really good friends too and saw some familiar faces. I encourage anyone looking to really step up their skills as a finished costumer to take this program when it comes around again, it was really worth the wait
