Over the last 3-4 weeks the crews on our fire rebuild in Altadena have made a lot of progress! We’re close to finishing foundations and ready for framing in the next few weeks. We were able to bring the project from concept through permitting to start of construction in about 8 months!
We’re excited to kickoff construction on this whole house renovation in the Buckman neighborhood of SE Portland. The project will touch the majority of spaces in this classic craftsman style home. We’ve worked closely with the talented team at @anniewisedesign to put together the interiors and will be working with the other talented team at @rightangleco to finish out the build. Stay tuned for construction updates!
Progress update on your Sunriver, OR Aframe. We’re about to wrap up electrical and HVAC and start closing up the walls. Excited to see this project come together from the beginning planning stages a few years ago to final completion this summer.

Our Mid-century remodel in Pasadena, California is entering the final stages of the build and casework is about to begin. We’ve transformed this tired single story mid-century home that over looks the Rose Bowl and beautiful vistas of the San Gabriel Mountains. Finished photography to come in the next several months.
Split level home in SE Portland. Beautiful open floor plan where the residents step down into their kitchen and living space that is coupled with indoor/outdoor space. Residents are elevated above their surroundings with great views and a sense of privacy.
We love split level homes when they make sense. This sloped site in SE Portland was the perfect opportunity to maximize space while also taking advantage of the grade.
We envisioned a post war 1959 home to be more open and inclusive to meet the client’s needs. We’re bringing in order and movement through the home that was originally cramped and compartmentalized. It will be a living space but also a place to display work and observe art. It’s been an amazing experience working with the client over the last many months. Excited to begin construction this summer.

We’re super excited for the kickoff to permitting and construction planning for our Bend A-frame custom home. This home nestled in the woods a few minute walk from the Little Deschutes River has framed views of Mt. Bachelor is 20 minutes from Bend and has great access to a number of outdoor activities. It’s the perfect location for a weekend visit for all seasons. We’re excited to be building this with our clients and building partner @forma_builders_bend
