@ca_tritri showcasing what can be done in 6 weeks when your willing to put the work in. Taking over a prep at 6 weeks out is never easy but she trusted me completely and did everything I asked. Nothing more I could ask for and the results show just how hard she worked.
Our second and final show today of this short season together. Missed out on top 4 which is not what we wanted. However we are both very happy with the look on wake and on stage which is a win in itself.
Now a sensible reverse into a prolonged improvement season were we keep body composition in a much better spot than last year while focusing on adding the tissue we need.

Prep holding phase week 1 - 208.2lbs
A little more life in the physique this week due to lower output and more food. This has brought through more detail from the back and an increase in gym performance.
The standards absolutely do not drop here, if anything the standards I hold myself to have become higher.
Blood-work came back this week actually improved from my cruise period before prep. Big thanks to my family over at @engineeredmuscleuk for providing me with the best supplements on the market.
There are a few markers that have been a surprise, these are being worked on now with the implementation of additional T4 and T3. This is why prep blood-work is crucial!
What changes have we made since this decision has been made?
TD nutrition; + 60g carbs
NTD nutrition; + 30g carbs
Steps; 16K > 13K
Total load; 500mg
Fat burners; T4 increase/ T3 brought in

22 weeks of the growth phase complete! β οΈβ οΈ
Currently sitting at a few lb away from where I was at the start of my Photoshoot Prep last July with more lean muscle, holding far better condition and consuming a lot more food as well.
It is very important whether you are wanting to lose body fat or build muscle to chase a physique look rather than just a number.
Not only will you make more progress, but also have a lot more fun along the way as well.
From coaching for many years the other mistakes people make during a growth phase are:
People lack the consistency of doing the work needed to build a lot of muscle for the duration that is needed.
You are always going to get that excitement in the first month of starting any new phase, but when that initial excitement goes away and you see that you are hardly going to build any muscle in that first month people lose focus and stop doing what is needed to build muscle on a daily basis.
Another factor is thinking that more food builds more muscle and increasing food based on somebodies appetite rather than if that extra food is actually needed.
When done repeatedly this will lead to somebody having to cut short their growth phase from getting too out of shape, negatively impacting their digestion, training and sleep.
The last factor is people not realising that in order to build a lot more muscle than you have ever had will require your condition to get somewhat soft and you are not going to be able to stay super lean all year round.
As soon as people realise they have got softer they instantly drop in to a diet phase and repeating this cycle leads to zero progress been made on the physique over the year.
Just like we have to get flat to get in condition. We have got to get softer, if the goal is to build a lot of muscle that will help with training, recovery and your body is designed to have a normal amount of body fat.
The key is not to swing in the other direction and get too soft that will negatively impact been able to continue to build muscle.
From seeing on myself and from coaching many people this is the phase that will take your physique to a whole new level when done properly.

Second place today for @hamzahbondary . We came to win but a very good result nonetheless and an exceptional look with just 8 weeks of prep done so far.
2 weeks now until the uni - we dig this week as I want a little more off the glutes then we can pull back and freshen up which will have a huge impact on the look, As this week we were still doing double cardio till Thursday π€£

Exceptionally happy with @ca_tritri look today rolling into this on rest day meal plan with a slight water pull.
Having only taken over prep at 6 weeks out this was a great opportunity for her to get rid of some nerves and me to see how the look was with tan on etc at a week out from our main show next Sunday.
