This morning I popped into @teamhighgate_margotbakery for a pastry and was not disappointed, my sweet danish was delicious. Having only recently opened at the end of October, this is a great new spot to pick up some homemade pastries and a coffee before heading for a walk in Highgate woods š³
I also want to mention how lovely the staff were, they helped me choose (it was a tough decision!) and are just really happy and polite. Iāll be back! š„
I love this idea from @highgategroomingcorner š¶ if you and your pup have had a muddy walk in Highgate woods, you can give them a proper spruce up before you head home š¾ saves the muddy paws on the carpet and the wet walls after their big shakes! š
Last night I attended the @sip_and_sew event @winchesterhighgate and it was the perfect end to a stressful day. I had never done any embroidery before and by the end I was feeling confident in my new skill! The real surprise was getting a bag at the end with everything I needed to finish up my embroidery at home.

For dog lovers, the dog show will be at 12.15pm so before the fair officially starts! Itās the highlight of the fair every year (for me, anyway) so shouldnāt be missed š¶
