The medieval walls of @saintnicholasgalway glowed by candlelight as guests gathered for Féasta Fómhair - a five-course celebration of Samhain through food, folklore, and friendship. Curated by chef JP McMahon (@mistereatgalway ) and featuring chefs Dermot Dalton (@firstbitecateringireland ) and Martin Ruffley (@mj_ruffley , ATU), the evening brought together the finest of Galway’s harvest - from land and sea to soil - beautifully styled by @wildediningevents . From the clinking of glasses to the glow of candles on long, shared tables, Féasta Fómhair was a true feast for the senses - celebrating the community that makes Galway’s food culture so special.
