Drake reportedly spent $120k+ on Michael Jackson’s legendary glove that he used the cover of “ICEMAN”
Michael Jackson’s crystal covered gloves became one of his most famous stage symbols. In 2023, Drake bought one of Jackson’s white crystal gloves at auction for just over $120k, shortly after tying Jackson’s record for the most No. 1 hits by a male solo artist on the Billboard Hot 100.

This cave in Bulgaria has been nicknamed “The Eyes Of God”
Deep within Bulgaria’s karst landscape is Prohodna Cave, a 262-meter-long natural cave best known for the two massive eye-shaped openings in its ceiling. Formed over thousands of years by erosion, the holes have become known as “The Eyes of God,” giving visitors a surreal view upward through the rock. During the day, sunlight pours through them and lights the cave from above. At night, the same openings can frame the moon and stars, turning the ceiling into something that feels almost unreal.
“Genetic Portraits” is a photo series by Ulric Collette 📸 Since 2008, he has been photographing two members of the same family and digitally merging their faces into a single portrait to show the resemblance between them.
How Michael Jackson inspired “The Truman Show”:
Director Peter Weir has said that The Truman Show (1998) was partly inspired by Michael Jackson, whose life was constantly watched, discussed, and turned into a show for the world.
When he was alive, Michael Jackson could barely complete regular tasks like going to the grocery store without being swarmed by fans. At the peak of his career, he was estimated to have billions of fans worldwide.
“Michael Jackson is Truman. He’s who I based Truman on, and he is the nearest thing to Truman. The connection between Michael and Truman is simple: they both have a heart, but people see them just for entertainment value.” - Peter Weir
Weir saw parallels between Truman and Jackson as public figures whose lives became inescapable spectacles under constant media scrutiny. Both lived under intense observation, lacked true privacy, and were often treated more as entertainment than as individuals. Much of their existence was shaped by the public’s need to watch, discuss, and consume them.

Underground legend Lucki returns tonight with his new album, Drugs R Bad 💊
In a recent interview with Our Generation Music, Lucki said he took his time building the project, sometimes taking month long breaks between songs just to contemplate the sound. He also spoke about sequencing the album with more intention, describing the feeling as “if Lucki remembered he likes Kanye West.”
The album arrives the same night as Drake’s ICEMAN, but Lucki does not seem worried about sharing the date. If anything, he framed it as part of the story, saying Drake helped inspire the album.
For an artist whose cult following has always lived outside the usual industry timing, Drugs R Bad feels less like a race for attention and more like Lucki working patiently and releasing exactly when it feels right to him.
Last year around 600,000 people paid $100 deposits to secure a gold Trump phone, generating roughly $60,000,000 for Donald Trump. A year later and not a single one has been shipped.
Now, Trump mobile has quietly updated its terms and removed guarantees surrounding both delivery and refunds. The company’s updated fine print reportedly states there is no guarantee the phone will ever be manufactured or sold.
