📺 10 years ago today, Series 16 of Hi-5 premiered worldwide on Netflix, 25 March 2016, after being filmed and expected to premiere the year before in 2015. Also referred to as Hi-5 House Series 3, this was the third and final series produced without the involvement of the Nine Network. Julie Greene continued her incredible run as executive producer @julzgreene @metajared 📺 🌟 This was sadly Stevie, Dayen, Mary, Ainsley and Tanika's final series of Hi-5; they filmed the series from March to May 2015 at KRU Studios in Malaysia. 🌟 🎶 "Action Hero", "The Best Things in Life Are Free" and "T.E.A.M." returned, as well as two brand new songs of the week "Animal Dance" and "Sounds of the City", which were Chris Harriott's final new songs of the week ever. In an amazing return to the show, Cameron Mitchell made a comeback as choreographer and even travelled to Malaysia for filming @cammitch01 🎶 🤖 Ellen Wright Folan continued as Tinka the Tin Toy Robot (we love you Ellen... ⚡️ 20 years ago today, Hi-5 kicked off their "Live Action Heroes" tour of the UK and Ireland. It began on 18 March 2006 in Salford. It was the group's 3rd and final tour of the UK. ⚡️ The tour showcased "Action Hero" and other Series 7 songs. It was Kathleen's final tour with the group, and the final shows the original cast performed together. Kathleen appeared for a few weeks, finishing up in early April at London's Hammersmith Apollo, before Sun took her place for the rest of the tour. ⚡️ These rare fan photos show Kathleen performing while pregnant. The photos were sourced by @nevermindthespiltmilk from Facebook... I believe Sue Marie is the original poster.
